Will you eat well ?? Are you lean inspite of eating tummy full or yu are a poor eater??.. if yu wont eat well then try eating more between short intervals, eat 6big bananas a day with milk along with normal diet.. or if yu are lean even after eating then do a thyroid test

Staying skinny can be congenital Or can be due to various other pathological causes Hyperthyroidism may be one of the basic reasons I would recommend you to have a good health check up and see whether all plasma content levels are normal. If they are probably there's a requirement to bring some changes in your diet
